Weekly Digital Digest Issue 45: Cambodia and Singapore Agree to Build Cybersecurity Capacity

Cambodian Minister of Post and Telecommunications Chea Vandeth and Josephine Teo, Singaporean Minister for Communications and Information of the Republic of Singapore, met virtually on 7th October to strengthen the cybersecurity capacity between the two nations. Furthermore, during the 6th ASEAN Ministerial Conference on Cybersecurity and Singapore International Cyber Week 2021 that Singapore hosted under the theme of “Living with COVID-19 – Reimagining digital security risk and opportunities”, Cambodia committed to collaborating with ASEAN countries for a more open, inclusive, safe, and secure cyberspace in digital economy field. In response, Minister Teo thanked Minister Vandeth for his remark and active participation in Singapore International Cyber Week 2021.
