A signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between the General Secretariat of the National Assembly and the Asian Vision Institute was held on 13th October 2021, presided over by Lok Chumteav Kitti Sanghak Bandit Khuon Sudary, H.E. Leng Peng Long, H.E. Dr Sok Siphana, H.E. Sous Yara, Dr. Chheang Vannarith, Dr. Keo Piseth and Dr. Chheng Kimlong.
