The 3rd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) in October 2023, which marks the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), holds significant importance in the global economic landscape. The BRI, initiated by China, aims to enhance international economic cooperation and promote global economic growth. Over the past decade, China has made substantial progress in implementing the BRI, signing agreements with over 150 countries and 30 international organizations.

The upcoming BRF will provide an opportunity for participating countries to reflect on the achievements of the BRI over the past decade and discuss future plans. It will serve as a platform for dialogue and cooperation, fostering stronger economic ties and promoting mutual understanding among nations. To help us understand the significance of this event and its impact on global economic cooperation, we have invited Dr. CHHEANG Vannarith, President of Asian Vision Institute (AVI), to join us as our Guest Speaker to uncover the achievements and milestones of the BRI over the past ten years as well as its future development.
